RULES [Read before posting]

Preamble

Please note that we reserve the right to change the rules as needed. By signing up to an account and beginning in our community, you have read and agree to these rules. If your warning level reaches 100%, You will be banned form the server. At 75% some rights will be restricted, such as shoutbox. Do note that over time, your warning level can go down. And an Administrator can lower your level if good behavior is noted. In some cases, you will receive warnings instead of a %. if you receive 3 warnings, it will result in a ban. But along with %, it will go down over time, or will be removed for good behavior. In some severe, and rare cases, you can be banned for your first offense. Simply follow the rules posted here, and you should be fine, and have a great time.

Section A
*Forum and In-Game Rules*

1) No Spamming
Do not spam to gain SP, or To annoy other members. Spamming is a small offence but can easily build up, 5% warning, and for every incident it builds up double. Ex: 1st offence = 5% 2nd offence = 10%.

2) No Hacking Another member / Asking for personal information
Do not ask a member for personal information such as account credentials, or real life information. This and hacking are major offenses, and can result in an instant 100% Ban. Punishment varies depending on situation from 50~100% Ban. Hacking is an instant ban without question.

3) Do not use caps locks for an entire post
Using Caps is another small offence, and if done on purpose will give you a 5% warning. If done on accident, make sure the mistake is not repeated.

4) Do not Harass another member
Depending on the severity of harassment, this category can vary on punishment a lot. Small harassment issues, such as Bossing another member around, or getting in a fight [multiple swear words thrown back and forth, etc] will result in 5%, to both participants of the fight. Other levels include:
Level 1 harassment - 5%
*Verbal fights with other members
*Bossing around other members
Level 2 harassment - 15~25%
*Level 1- continuation [Harasser doesn't stop]
*Spreading rumors about other members
Level 3 Harassment - 50~65%
*Level 2- continuation
*Sexual harassment
*cyberstalking
*Any extreme case of bullying.
Level 4 Harassment - 90%~BAN
*Level 3- continuation
*Extreme cases of sexual harassment
*Extreme cases of cyberstalking

5) Do not KS [Kill steal] Another member
Do not take the kill of another member outside of party, this can vary on punishment as well.
*Common monster - 4%
*Common mob - 12%
*Elite Monster - 15%
*Captain monster - 20%
*Boss monster - 35%
*Monster such as helga or karen - 55% + a warning

6) Do not mod your client without permission from an Admin first
If you wish to mod a client, please contact an admin Via PM. failure to do so will result in 15%.

7) Stay appropriate
Posts may not contain explicit content, along with links and attachments. If anything contains this, it will result in a warning + 20%, along with removal of the post/Topic.


Section B
*Shoutbox and Account rules*

1) Must be appropriate. Avatars, shouts, and signatures must stay appropriate! [See A-7 for more details]

2) Small avatars must be used
Avatars cannot be larger then the page, or larger then 1/16 of the screen. Failure to comply will result in 5% and removal of the avatar. Continuation doubles over time. EX first offense - 5%, second offense - 10%

3) Signatures must be relatively small
A signature may not exceed 7 lines, and images must be roughly the same size as an avatar. Failure to comply will result in 5% + removal of the Signature. Continuation doubles over time. EX first offense - 5% second offense - 10%

Epilogue

We are not as strict as this makes us seem, we promise. <3 We will collect as much evidence as possible before making the final decision, and will hear both sides of the story. We also take into consideration the setting, or event. Such as if someone KS'ed you for a slime? it's just a slime. not the hardest enemy in the game. However if it continued [yes, even if it were only slimes] We would take action. So have fun, and stay safe on our forums!
